Being Greyson's mom

This is my first entry as a first time blogger and I feel like I have to make up for lost time, especially since one of the, if not, the best day of my life occured...July 12, 2007! When Darin and I met our sweetest boy, Greyson Reed, for the first time. Words cannot describe what I felt when I laid eyes on him. Being a week overdue, I was anxious to say the least, to meet this little person that God was about to bless us with. After being quickly rolled into the operating room for a c-section, I knew it wouldn't be long now. Everything is a blur as I think back on it, with the exception of that moment when I saw a ton of curly black hair and heard the sweetest sound from this miracle we had waited for so long. It was as if I'd live my life for this moment and being a mom had become the most important thing. This day begins my journey getting to know Greyson Reed and loving him more and more each day.
